(1) The amount of the fund shall be used to provide the victim for the following purposes:-
(a) To rescue immediately,
(B) To provide drug treatment,

(B1) To provide relief and to provide financial support,
(c) To provide legal aid, psychological treatment and counseling,
(d) To provide as seed capital (seed money) for doing any business or self-employment,
(e) to restore,
(E1) If the victim of sexual violence and sexual abuse cannot receive the compensation due from the offender in accordance with the prevailing law due to the fact that the offender has no property, to pay such compensation in writing to the victim as per the order of the court,
(f) In other work for the victim as determined by the board of directors.

(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the board of directors shall not allow children and adolescents who are victims of gender-based violence or those affected by gender-based violence to be addicted to drugs or The amount of the fund can be spent giving priority to the people who come on the street.

(3) According to sub-rule (1), the ministry can create and implement the procedures for the use of the fund according to the need.
